This class is primarily lecture but it could also include a practical section if we have Monarch caterpillars available. We will discuss issues of providing support, citizen science projects, and common issues encountered and to consider when hand raising Monarch caterpillars.
This class is available May through September during Monarch season.
We can customize parts of this class to suit your group's needs.
Class time is variable between 60–90 minutes.
We typically have Monarch caterpillars to interact with in May through September.
This class can can be conducted at Backyard Butterflies or at a location of your choosing.
Ages 8+ are recommended for this class
