Provide either the common name or scientific name for each species. Ideally provide both. Bonus points if you provide an applicable cultivar name.

You may enter up to 10 species of plants with no limit on quantities per species. If you have more than 10 species you will need to submit a second form.

Be sure to directly label each plant you bring to the swap!
