Parsley

Our Experience

Parsley grows extremely well in containers and will rapidly regrow when stems are cut. When planted in the ground parsley will grow about 4 feet tall and bush out. The little yellow flowers are favored by a variety of unusual insects.

Parlsey is the perfect host plant to use for the Black Swallowtail if you dislike the licorice scent of fennel or the pickle smell of dill. You can always tell the diet of a Black Swallowtail caterpillar by the smell of its frass.
